Benin's public investment management platform

The Public Investment Management Platform (PGIP) covers the full cycle of the Beninese government's projects: budget planning, selection, operational monitoring, summary dashboards and maps of the areas of intervention. It is part of the SIGFP, the public finance information system run by the ReFORME programme.

What I did

  1. Screen designs for every PGIP module: planning, project selection, operational monitoring, summary dashboards.
  2. Maps of the areas of intervention.
  3. Usability tests and iteration cycles with the DGPD and the ministries involved.
  4. Designs delivered and approved, now the UI/UX foundation of the platform deployed across both ministries.
